Hair Sensse Return & Refund Policy
At Hair Sensse, we take hygiene and product safety very seriously. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once products have been purchased, except in the case of a proven factory defect.
Please note the following:

No returns are accepted due to hygiene reasons.

No refunds will be issued once payment has been completed, unless there is a confirmed factory defect.

If you believe your product has a factory defect, you must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue.

Claims for factory defects must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package. Claims made after this time frame cannot be considered.

Hair Sensse reserves the right to review and verify all claims before a replacement or refund is approved.
