By purchasing from Hair Sensse, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Orders

  • All products are pre-order, unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing and shipping will only begin after full payment is received.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and shipping conditions.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Hair Sensse is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers (DHL, FedEx, POSTNL etc.), or unforeseen events.

  • Free international shipping is available on orders over €500 (via DHL).

  • Once an order has been shipped, Hair Sensse is no longer responsible for the package. Tracking information will always be provided.

3. Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • These costs are not included in the purchase price.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed in full before processing or shipping begins.

  • Accepted payment methods are those listed at checkout (e.g. PayPal, credit card, iDeal, etc.).

5. Product Information

  • All hair sold by Hair Sensse is 100% virgin or raw human hair (unless otherwise stated).

  • As this is natural human hair, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or curl pattern. These are not considered defects.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to hygiene reasons, no returns are accepted.

  • No refunds are provided once payment has been made, except in the case of a verified factory defect.

  • Claims of a factory defect must include clear photo/video evidence and be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Hair Sensse reserves the right to review all claims before approving a replacement or refund.

7. Vendor List Disclaimer

  • The Hair Sensse Vendor List is based on personal research, visits, testing, photos, and videos.

  • While all vendors have been personally tested, Hair Sensse is not responsible for any issues between the buyer and the vendor (including product quality, delivery times, or communication).

  • By purchasing the Vendor List, you acknowledge that you use this information at your own risk. Hair Sensse cannot be held liable for losses or disputes resulting from vendor transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, logos, brand names, and descriptions, is the exclusive property of Hair Sensse.

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Hair Sensse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

  • The most recent version will always be available on our website and applies immediately upon posting.
